SANDRA LORD
Founder
Sandra Lord is a key figure in facilitating access and connections in Hollywood and is known for her all-inclusive ingenious ideas, networking programs, and groundbreaking events and opportunities. She is a master career strategist/coach and definitive networking expert, whose experience and success as a (former) talent and literary manager have enabled her to work with talent at various levels in film, television, new media, and music. Creatives from ACADEMY, EMMY, GRAMMY, VMA, TELLY, GABRIEL, and CINE award winners and nominees to professional and EMERGING content creators have all sought her counsel and guidance, as well as her creative vision, with regard to their projects, overall career strategy, and effective networking. Her strategies have been described as “LIFE CHANGING.” Lord is also the founder of Changing Images in America, the award-winning Hollywood Networking Breakfast®, Women Helping Women in Entertainment, Lord Entertainment Group and the Los Angeles Film & TV Meetup (LAFTV).

For over two decades, Harlan has been a successful publicist, specializing in literary, theatre, personality & event PR. His impressive list of clients includes “who’s who” of classic Hollywood, as well as NATAS (Daytime EMMY® Awards), Smithsonian Institute and the estates Mr. Blackwell, Esther Williams and The Bob Hope Legacy. He is a published author and the recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement award from the Motion Picture Council.

JUDITH SMITH
Support Staff
Judith Smith has been with HNB for over 18 years in various capacities, but has focused primarily on client relations, marketing and promotions. She is a producer, writer and talent manager with an eclectic client roster. Judith also has a background in marketing, research and promotions as well as banking investments. She currently serves as Key Strategist for the Jamaican Olympic Ice Hockey Federation (JOIHF).
KAYLA DAQUINO
Speaker Coordinator
Kayla recently joined the Hollywood Networking Breakfast® as a speaker coordinator. With years of event coordination and production experience in studio, agency, and live-event environments, Kayla’s drive to learn new systems, services, and products has proven to be a valuable asset in dealing with situations or events that require thoughtful, effective solutions. Her past experience in the hospitality sector guided her to provide services for companies such as ESPN, Facebook, Snapchat, Skechers USA, Petersen Automotive Museum, Bel-Air Country Club, among others. She is currently a freelance content creator, production coordinator, and writer. In 2022, Kayla self-published her debut poetry book, “The Unspoken Truth: Words from The Soul.”
ERICK FUHRER
Speaker Coordinator
Erik recently joined the Hollywood Networking Breakfast® as a speaker coordinator. They are a screenwriter, poet, playwright, visual artist, and educator, who has worked at institutions including The University of Notre Dame and the University of Iowa. They are the author of the play, The Ocean and its Movers (Free Lines Press, forthcoming 2022), Eye Apocalypse, in which I take myself hostage (Spuyten Duyvil Press), At Root, Every Time You Die (Alien Buddha Press), VOS (Yavanika Press), and Not Human Wnough for the Census (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press). Their writing was an honorable mention for Survision’s Inaugural James Tate Chapbook Prize. They hold a Ph.D. in creative writing from The University of Glasgow and an MFA in creative writing from The University of Notre Dame. Find them at www.erik-fuhrer.com.
ANNA IVERSON

ANNA W. IVERSON is co-founder of IQ Media Productions, where she serves as Business Manager. Anna has been working in the filmmaking industry for a number of years, in a variety of capacities, including, executive producer/producer/associate producer on a myriad of projects that include a feature film, many shorts, music videos, TV series, commercials and documentaries. Anna also organizes, hosts and co-hosts a number of filmmaking and business groups on Meetup.com. Most recently, she launched, “Show Talent Talent Show” and “Friends Circle Night,” two excellent vehicles that showcase emerging talent online, which she also produces. Anna has a long history in business operations. Armed with a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business, have enabled her to establish and helm multiple USA and China corporations as CEO over the years.
BRIAN BALDINI
Master of Ceremonies / Host
BRIAN BALDINI serves as the MC for the Hollywood Networking Breakfast®, a role at which he has excelled for several years. Brian is an actor, who has worked in various commercials and films. He has been involved with improv comedy and the performing arts in New York and LA for many years. Brian hails from the San Francisco area and is proud to be involved with HNB.
THAINE ALLISON
Photographer
Thaine H. Allison, Jr. is HNB’s official photographer. He is an accomplished actor who has studied acting with Maria Gobetti, Judith Weston and Stuart K. Robinson. Thaine has appeared in over 50 films, several music videos and commercials as well as numerous plays in LA. He also a produced playwright, published short story writer and poet and wrote and produced a documentary film in Morocco.
ADAM IVERSON
Videographer / Photographer
Adam Iverson is a talented, versatile cinematographer who has a deep passion for visual storytelling. He has done over 60 film related projects ranging from short films, music videos, commercials, documentaries, events and most recently a feature film. Adam took home the videography award at the 168 Hour Film Festival for his superb “behind-the-scenes” work on the multi-award winning short, “Remember Me.” He is also a gifted editor. Adam is the founder of iQMediaProductions, a company that offers high-quality video production services. Adam graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Cinematography.
PAULA MITCHELL MANNING

Paula Mitchell Manning is an award nominated writer and award winning producer whose unique blend of creativity and energy is evident in her stage, film, radio and TV projects. She is the recipient of an NAACP Theatre Award, among others. Her latest project, CPR (Child Performers Resurrection) Talent Agency, is a TV comedy pilot, starring Alison Arngrim (Little House on the Prairie) and Sean McNabb (S.O.A). Paula is co-owner of a travel agency where she indulges in her other passion, travel.
TAMIKA SIMPKINS

Tamika Simpkins is a multitalented actress/information technology consultant, who handles the HNB website. As an actress, Tamika has shared her acting talents on hit TV shows such as Southland, Shameless, The Wire, and The Shield. As an information technology consultant, with a keen eye on the most efficient way to market and sustain a lasting footprint on the web, Tamika specializes in developing interactive, high-impact, responsive websites in arts and entertainment.
